Alison Glen BSc(Hons) BArch RIBA ARIAS NRAC
Alison has worked as an architect since graduating from the University of Strathclyde in 1991. From 1994 to 2011 she worked at John Gilbert Architects, becoming an Associate in 2001. Since 2005 Alison has also been registered as an NRAC access consultant.
Alison has extensive experience in housing design, on both newbuild and rehabilitation projects, and has a particular interest in accessibility and the design of inclusive environments.
In both 2010 and 2011 Alison has been a member of the judging panel for the Herald Property Awards.

Paul graduated from the Mackintosh School of Architecture in 1983 and the University of Cambridge in 1979. From 1998 to 2011 he worked alongside Alison at John Gilbert Architects, becoming an Associate in 2005. Paul has been registered as a BREEAM Ecohomes assessor since 2004.
Paul has more than 25 years experience as an architect, including new housing and refurbishment projects, special needs housing, community buildings, conservation, education and commercial projects.
In 2011 Paul was appointed Chair of SEDA (Scottish Ecological Design Association).
