Newbuild development providing 6 ground floor wheelchair and amenity flats with 18 family flats on upper floors. A difficult gap site adjacent to a railway and the new M74 extension demanded high levels of sound insulation. The flats are highly energy efficient, with whole house mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery (MVHR). Each flat has a balcony facing south onto rear landscaped gardens and parking.
