100 new houses on a long, narrow site, creating a series of village greens to highlight the pedestrian route through the site. The housing co-op’s first newbuild provides energy efficient family housing with higher than standard levels of insulation and solar water heating to larger family houses. The site also includes a floodlit MUGA football pitch.
